Privacy and terms
Plain-English terms for this site and for working with Aimone Advisory LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company. Last updated September 28, 2026.
Privacy
What I collect
Only what you send me: your name, email and message when you write or use a form on this site, and the details you enter when you book a call. Form notes are stored in my own AWS account and emailed to me. I don't buy lists or collect anything else about you.
How I use it
To reply, schedule and do the work you ask for. It is never sold, rented or used for advertising.
Who else handles it
Bookings are handled by Calendly and email by Google, each under its own privacy policy. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services. Standard access logs (page, time, browser type, IP address) are kept for 90 days to count visits and keep the site secure, then deleted.
No tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts. Fonts are served from this site, not a third party.
Your choices
Ask me to see, correct or delete what I hold about you and I'll do it within 30 days. Email thomas@aimoneadvisory.com.
Client data
Client data is covered by a signed NDA and stays in the client's own accounts. For healthcare clients I use HIPAA-eligible tools and sign a Business Associate Agreement before any access.
This site is for adults and businesses, not for children under 13.
Terms
A summary. Every engagement is governed by its written quote or agreement; if anything here differs, the signed document wins.
Quotes and payment
Every job starts with a written fixed-price quote. Sessions are invoiced after the session. Small jobs are paid up front. Bigger builds are paid 40% to start, 30% at a working demo and 30% at handoff. Tool, texting and subscription fees are billed to you directly by those providers.
The $250 session promise
If you tell me at the end of a session that it didn't help, there's no charge.
The 30-day package promise
If a package isn't doing what the written quote says within 30 days of handoff, I fix it at no charge or refund what you paid me for it. Third-party fees you paid to other providers aren't included.
Who owns the work
Once paid, you own what I build for you, and your accounts and data are always yours. I keep my general know-how and reusable tools, and you get a permanent license to any of them used in your system.
Confidentiality
I keep your business information confidential and use it only for your work.
Liability
My total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for it. I'm not responsible for outages or changes at third-party services your system relies on.
Not legal or financial advice
I build and advise on technology and operations. Compliance reminders in anything I build are reminders, not legal determinations; check rules that apply to you with your own adviser.
Governing law
New Jersey law applies. We'll try to resolve any disagreement by talking first.
About testimonials and names
Quotes on this site come from real clients and are attributed by role to protect their privacy. I serve on the board of the Plainfield nonprofit quoted on this site, and I built its systems as a volunteer. Results described are specific to those clients and aren't a guarantee of yours.
AWS, Amazon Web Services, Bloomberg, Shopify, Google and other product names belong to their owners and are used only to describe my experience and the tools I use. No endorsement is implied.
